Little Dragons (Ages 4–7):
This program is specially designed for younger kids, with faster-paced, high-energy classes that keep them engaged and excited. Students build coordination, confidence, and respect through age-appropriate martial arts drills and games. Parents can expect improved listening, better self-control, and a fun, structured environment that supports early development.

Please note: Little Dragons classes run from 5:00 to 5:45 PM — a 45-minute class tailored for younger attention spans.
Kids’ Karate (Ages 8–14):
Students build confidence, focus, and self-discipline through structured martial arts training in a fun and supportive environment. Kids can expect to improve their physical fitness, learn practical self-defense, and gain a strong sense of personal responsibility. Parents can expect better listening, improved behavior at home and school, and a positive outlet for energy and growth.

Adult Karate (Ages 15+):
Rooted in traditional Okinawan martial arts, this program goes beyond fitness and self-defense. Students develop focus, coordination, strength, and flexibility while learning powerful techniques from striking and joint locks to pressure points and classical weapons. Training is designed to sharpen the mind as much as the body — emphasizing discipline, confidence, and personal growth. Whether you’re seeking real-world self-defense, better conditioning, or a deeper connection to martial arts, this class offers a challenging and rewarding path.

All experience levels welcome. Classes are between 1-2 hours long and taught in a supportive, high-energy environment.
